1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Requests made after 30 days will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in its original, unused condition and in a state suitable for resale.

The item must be in its original packaging with all included accessories.

If the product is damaged during transit or has quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package via the customer service email provided below, including photographic evidence.

4. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. You can expect to receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.
